Within the EU there's no customs clearance, and VAT on business-to-business sales is normally handled through the reverse-charge rule. Unloading at your address is always on your side.

Shipping questions
Do you ship outside the EU?
Yes. For destinations outside the EU we use air freight through Schiphol or sea freight through Rotterdam and Amsterdam, and we prepare the export documents.
Can we collect from your warehouse?
Yes, by appointment. Let us know your carrier and preferred date and we'll have the order ready to load. Opening hours: Monday to Friday, 09:00–18:00 (CET).
How long does delivery take?
Orders placed before 15:00 on working days leave our warehouse in Uithoorn the same day. Delivery times depend on the destination, carrier and shipping method and are indicative. We confirm the expected delivery date in every quotation and order confirmation, and larger orders may be delivered in parts.
How are the goods packed?
Hardware stays in its original, factory-sealed packaging. We palletise, wrap and label everything for transport, and we can build mixed pallets for orders with several product lines.
Can we use our own forwarder?
Of course. Choose EXW or FCA and your forwarder collects from Uithoorn. We'll coordinate the loading time directly with them.
