Within the EU

  • VAT normally reverse-charged for business buyers
  • CMR transport document for road freight
  • Delivery to all EU countries by road

Outside the EU

  • Export declaration from the Netherlands
  • Import clearance and duties at destination
  • Commercial invoice and packing list for customs
  • Air waybill or bill of lading for air and sea

Trade questions

Can you ship to countries outside the EU?

Yes. We ship by air and sea to destinations outside the EU and prepare the export documents.

Who pays import duties?

That depends on the delivery terms. Under DDP we take care of import duties; under the other terms the buyer handles them.

Do I need an EORI number?

Businesses that import or export goods to or from the EU generally need an EORI number. We can explain what applies to your shipment.
